Hillsborough's larger lots and custom homes often mean multi‑zone systems — separate heat pump or ductless zones for a main house, guest house and pool house isn't unusual. We handle that kind of scoped, multi‑system project as regularly as a straightforward furnace swap.
We also see more radiant floor heating repair calls in Hillsborough than most of our service area, given the number of remodeled and custom‑built homes with in‑floor systems.
