In most of our San Francisco and Bay Area coverage area, we can have a technician out same‑day. Exact timing depends on your location and current call volume — we'll give you a window when you call.
There's a standard after‑hours rate, and we confirm it with you before dispatching — never a surprise on the invoice.
Leave the house immediately, don't operate any switches, and call your gas utility's emergency line from outside. Once the utility confirms it's safe, call us to diagnose and repair the furnace.
